libcudf-ocaml-dev software package provides OCaml library to access descriptions of package upgrade problems, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcudf-ocaml-dev
libcudf-ocaml-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcudf-ocaml-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcudf-ocaml-dev *
You will get with libcudf-ocaml-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
